If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the items to us within 21 days of receipt of the goods. You may then opt for a store credit, to exchange the goods or request a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.
Your refund will be paid within 10 days of us receiving the goods back, providing they are still in saleable condition minus the cost of original shipping.

Due to their leather handles, avoid machine washing our leather handled bags. Instead, shake out any debris and hand wash the fabric or spot clean any isolated stains using a light detergent. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
Our bags emerge from the washing machine virtually dry, so simply hang on the line to fully air dry. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
Pilling
Our recycled plastic yarn is designed to look and feel every bit as soft and luxurious as French linen. That means some pilling may occur over time.
As with all products that pill after use, we recommend using a pilling comb or fabric trimmer as and where needed.
