Local Pickup
If you are local to Noosa, orders can be collected in person from our Noosaville showroom - just select 'Local Pickup' when checking out online.
Pre-orders
Pre-order purchases can be made online giving customers the opportunity to secure incoming items before they sell out. The estimated delivery date is indicated at the time of ordering and orders will be shipped automatically when in stock. Customers who make a pre-order will be notified by email if the estimated delivery date changes due to unforeseen delays. Where pre-order and in-stock items are ordered together, we will post all items together once they are available. Please contact us if you would like to arrange prior shipping of in-stock items, where a flat shipping rate of $14.95 will apply.
Goods will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving an order. Full tracking and courier details will be provided.
If you would like to upgrade to express delivery or need it by a certain date, please contact us by phone or email before placing an order. To meet parcel size and weight requirements, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. Please check your address as we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the address is not entered correctly. Additional charges will be made for redirection or redelivery due to address errors.

Ottomans
Please note that our ottoman footstools are made to order and take approximately 6-10 weeks to be handmade and delivered. Due to their size and shape, it is not possible to deliver our ottomans to a PO Box address. Please be sure to specify an alternative address when ordering.
New Zealand Deliveries
Our beautiful rugs and homewares are now available in New Zealand!
Shipping to New Zealand can be selected at the checkout. Weights displayed at checkout refer to the estimated consignment (shipping) weight and not the product weight.
Importing products into New Zealand may incur additional costs including but not limited to import GST and duty. We recommend you contact the relevant customs department in New Zealand for further information.
We are unable to accept responsibility for items held at customs as a result of non-payment of import costs.
